Plain English, no jargon. These are the rules for using Rhill Diamonds subscriptions and website services. Last updated November 2026.
Our services
Rhill Diamonds builds and maintains websites for small businesses. Our monthly plans include a professionally designed website, hosting, and — depending on the plan you choose — ongoing optimization, performance checks, and support. We set things up so your website actually brings in customers, with no tech jargon and no hassle.
Subscription and recurring billing
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month for the plan you selected, until you cancel. Billing recurs monthly on the same date each month. There is no setup fee to get started.
No setup fee
We do not charge a setup fee to begin your plan. You pay only the monthly price for the plan you choose.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@rhilldiamonds.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for. We do not offer partial-month credits or prorated refunds for unused time in a billed period.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy. Your first month is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, we'll refund your first month's payment, no questions asked. After the 14-day guarantee period, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your responsibilities
To do our best work, we need you to provide the content, access, and accurate information we ask for — things like your business details, branding, and any logins needed to get your site live. You agree to give us accurate, current information and to respond to reasonable requests so we can keep your project moving. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us to publish.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the tools, templates, and methods we use to build your site. You own the content you provide to us. While your subscription is active, you receive a license to use the website we build for you. If you cancel, we'll work with you on a reasonable transition — but recurring services like hosting and ongoing optimization stop at the end of your billing period.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver a great website, but we can't guarantee specific business results, revenue, or search rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
Termination
We may pause or end services if a subscription is not kept current or if these terms are breached. You may end your subscription at any time as described above. Unpaid balances remain due.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of your subscription will be resolved in the courts located in Nebraska.
